Donna’s Highland Crackers was set up in 2014. The youngest daughter of an orchardist, Donna grew up in Australia surrounded by cherries, peaches, and apricots. With her origins firmly rooted in seasonal produce, it's little surprise that she has pursued a passion for high-quality food and provenance. Since moving to the Highlands of Scotland she has created a new family tradition, a cracker free from gluten and dairy ingredients. She hand makes small batches, mostly to order, packing everything herself.
Bursting with linseed and sesame, top-rolled with sea salt and crushed peppercorns, her Seeded crackers are delicious served on their own or with a mild or spicy topping.
