Donna’s Highland Crackers was set up in 2014. The youngest daughter of an orchardist, Donna grew up in Australia surrounded by cherries, peaches, and apricots. With her origins firmly rooted in seasonal produce, it's little surprise that she has pursued a passion for high-quality food and provenance. Since moving to the Highlands of Scotland she has created a new family tradition, a cracker free from gluten and dairy ingredients. She hand makes small batches, mostly to order, packing everything herself.
The cumin seeded cracker has a base of gram flour milled from chickpeas, ground coriander and cumin, topped with additional whole cumin seeds.
